WHY was the cop standing that close to the car in the first place?
Watching the video, I question if the car actually ran over his foot.
Why did the cop find it necessary to yank open the car door and drag the driver out?
Why did the cop find it necessary to throw the driver onto the car?
Why did the cop find it necessary to (with help from other cops) throw the driver onto the ground, and handcuff him?
Watching the video, it seems that the cop(s) would benefit from anger management courses!
Also, if they scratched that car, they should be liable for the repairs!
