Cruz is the male Sarah Palin. He's going to torpedo his political career and go on a money grab. Like Palin, Cruz couldn't care less about politics or people, they both only care about themselves.

I guess I don't pay attention much. Didn't know he's a senator from Texas.

Cruz is not from Texas, he is from Canada.

McCain is not one of us, he's one of you LWNJ's. He's dead to conservatives.

I think you meant rogue, but rouge would probably improve his hang-dog expression. Maybe he can borrow some from Bachmann. A little pink would improve his pallor.

As far as going rogue- heck, if he wants to run off the plank and go glub, more power to him!

I predict we will see the GOP and the Democrats unified against the Tea Party simply to get things done. It’s unrealistic for politicians to come to Washington with the goal of achieving just one thing and voters who elect one issue politicians are to blame. The fact that McCain is not well liked among those on the far right makes him a valid spokes person for the direction of the country. Tea Party voters have moved the entire Democratic Party to the far left and the GOP to the center just to convince them selves that they are the true right. Tea Party voters risk being marginalized as people who have unreasonable demands just like the occupy movement.

McCain is owned by the same billionaires who sponsored the Obummer presidency.

Since apparently no one here recalls the 1960's and 1970's, it's mysterious to you how this will play out.

The Democratic party has moved to the center, the GOP got everything they wanted last year according to Boehner. Other than the ACA the democrats have made concessions, if the Tea Party wants to be viewed as responsible they should have backed Simpson-Bowles or sent in a bill that balances social security or addresses spending in Medicare, Medicaid or the DOD.

Their focus was on defunding the ACA, nothing else.

It is time for McCain and the rest of the establishment to step down. It is obviously this self proclaimed war hero is self serving like the rest of the establishment.
