You are the one trying to justify something. These children had to commit an illegal act just to see this women naked.
True, however, she is immature and 3 years isn't that long of a time especially considering that she was 21 and teaching kids that were only a few years younger than her. If she would have been way older then it may not be been a big deal, but if she would have stayed or they had let her and something happened, then the school would be held responsible.
