There is no ceiling. Wasn't one from feb-til May 2013. The new bill is basically a continuation of this bill.

Apparently so since most people act like this just happened. Notice how quickly this was passed. They just set up an escrow acct. Had to make sure they got paid. LOL

And that whole R thing is funny. Plenty of DEMS voted on this. Probably one of the fastest bills they have passed. Short and sweet.

Wrong.

Way too much focus is on the budget.

Need to focus on the actual books, that includes incomes, assets, revenues, investments and business activities. What other corporation just focuses on their budget?
