If you're referring to his 47% comment, it might fit in with the mentally retarded being able to vote, since it was so misinterpreted by so many Democrats.

If you've never been in business you have no idea what it takes to stay in business.
The government has been driving business out of the country along with the jobs . It's rich people that own businesses.
Driving the rich out does not bring business back.
If I came into millions , I would not invest it here , the bureaucracy in this country has title wave of regulations that take making a profit near impossible . That's why they are leaving. ON top of that trade agreements like NAFTA have undermined our whole economy .

This is the reason this country was not founded as a democracy, we were founded as a Constitutional Representative Republic, there is a difference between the two.

As quote from Thomas Jefferson: “A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine.”

Yes, we do have majority rule, but only with the consent of the minority.

My vote didn't count this past election. It was nullified by someone who couldn't show a voters ID.

I think it's the laughing part you assumed. My dad worked in the blazing sun in Arizona on the cotton fields, was even bite a couple of times by snakes. Believe me not many wanted his job, not all white males had it well in the 60's either.

Our country has come along way from the 60's, although some want to hang on to that era.

The electoral vote decides the election, not the popular vote. You have it backwards.

Wow, you equate destroying economic freedom (and the economy) with liberating "Blacks and Mexicans and women".

I cannot imagine a more dishonest argument.

It doesn't really matter.

The point is we are to elect people with very limited powers, such that they are NOT able to control anyone.
