No... they don't get it. They presume that they are experts on everything oil and gas related from the comfort of their Barcalounger. And I've seen a ton of them break those laws when it's convenient for their cause, because of course... it doesn't apply to them. I saw more folks arrested trying to fight the Southern Expansion project than I'd seen in my entire life....and you know why.. because it was the protestors breaking the law... not the gas company.
In case you are unaware, Tar Sands oil is the dirtiest oil on the planet. To advocate for this on behalf of a handful of rat bastards enhancing their already incredible wealth is beyond stupid...if the shoe fits.
Oh that's sweet; quote an article from way back there before it was agreed by TransCanada to NOT go through the Ogallala Sand Hills.
An honesty deficit while calling some entity a handful of rat bastards seems a bit pot & kettle to me.
WOW....sorry bobbie....but you are stretching here...
I can guarantee you the EPA knows about every spill. Anything over 5 gallons MUST be reported....
Uh, uh, uh, uh, uh.......So it was reported, yet you continue with the BS.....
Perhaps the "all knowledgeable" can show us where the regs are that show the requirement to report any and all spills to EPA. I couldn't find them. I don't think even N Dak authorities were made aware of most of the spills.
