How many constitutes a "large amount"?

I can name many government agencies that are acting mighty suspicious with their aquisition of "large amounts" of weapons,ammunition, armored vehicles...

So are the Right-wingers on the site going to defend profiling and pass judgment on purchases the way they were when those Barneys stories with the Black kids came out?

It was pretty clear from those threads that they believe you shouldn't complain about your rights being violated if you're innocent, but fit a profile...
