just a question. I could give two craps about abortion, but I am curious as to why liberals support regulating everything from large sodas to guns, but want a free for all abortion society.
But liberals do want regulations on abortion. That was the whole point of making it legal.
Illegal abortions are performed with no regulation--no regulations to assure sanitary conditions, no regulations to assure competent providers, no regulations to assure proper aftercare, etc. Abortions are going to happen whether they are legal or not; millions of illegal abortions are performed all over the world every year. It is only by making it legal that you can regulate it and make it safe.

And do oral surgeons, or ophthalmologists, have to have admitting privileges in a hospital? No.
So why should any other licenses doctor that is doing a minor out patient surgery?
