You still haven't got the math correct. LOL

It just keeps getting better and better.....

Clue: by your numbers more than every man woman and child voted in the last election and you didnt even toss in the other parties.
Huh? You are very confused. These are not my numbers.

Those voting totals come from the Federal Election Commission. Did you follow the link?

Also I think there are well over 200 million Americans who eligible to vote

You do understand that there is serious overlap in those voting totals? I am not saying 176+ million different individuals voted for the Democrats for the Presidency, the Senate or the House.

That is a damn accurate statement as you can see by the GOP party comments here.

The problem there is that it affects so few people. 90% of people, those who get their insurance from employers or medicare or medicaid, who have no insurance, or have compliant individual policies would not even know that the ACA is coming to town unless it were on the front pages. It is open enrollment time for millions of Americans and they are getting the same old policy they had last year with the lowest premium increase they have seen in some time. It is just not an issue that is going to resonate with most.

What have they done lately? I think of that sometimes. "We obstructed, real good." Maybe they can run with that.

I can't think of 1 thing in the last year that had a positive spin for Republicans.
Can you?
"You didn't build that" was OBAMA telling successful Americans that their contributions were nothing; Big Goverment is everything. Too bad Big Government doesn't give success to hard working normal people who don't play corrupt Washington games--those people, it robs blind to pad the pockets of Washington politicians.

And you're totally missing the point about the role the Republican Party has played for a long time now. The Republican Party does not WANT to protect the average American from the ultra liberals and their socialist ideas, nor does WANT to do anything to mitigate the harm of Obama's policies. What it DOES want to do is take the blame off of Obama and his cronies as they continue to turn our country into a third-world slum with no Middle Class and ZERO upward mobility for those not born with multi-million dollar trust funds.

A large percentage of Americans now know that we NEED a third Party--or actually, a SECOND PARTY, an alternative to the ultra-left Socialist Republicrat Party that has run our nation into the dirt and destroyed the future of everyone's children. Republicans and Democrats are insistinguishable today; with only a few Libertarians trying to hold back the tsunami of socialism. And if you ever doubt that the Republicans are beyond saving, remember how hard they fought to slander and blacklist Ron Paul and other Libertarians, while offering us up RINO-Romney, aka "The White Obama" as our ALTERNATIVE to the narcissistic boy-King.

This state of affairs cannot stand for long. The whole being against President Obama and hating him thing won't work long term.
The conservative program at the national level is tax cuts for job creators rich people and increased taxes for leeches poor people, take away tax deductions and credits from takers middle class people, increase military spending, and destroying medicare and social security for parasites future Americans. Also throw in some anti-birth control, no abortions, cutting aid to vermin poor people, cutting aid for college students.

It is just not an agenda that has any appeal to people outside of the hateful party wealthy. They don't want to govern.
I fixed your post for you to use the actual words now most frequently used by the once-great Republican party.

Please. The only time you guys think there are "good Republicans" is when they are either acting like or sucking up to Democrats.

People seem to be missing the point. Republicans aren't coming up with ideas on HOW to govern. They're being the party of No is not helping. When Boehner says that the parties success should be on how many laws it repeals he is looking to try and spin this failure into something positive. And reading the responses.....everyone knows it. Yeah they deny, they spin....but deep down...they have to know it.

The sequester could have been something they could point to....except that now the Republicans are saying how bad it is....but quietly. They want to fix the parts that impact those funding them, but they also realize....its the only thing they have accomplished. Boehner said he got 95% of what he wanted when it was agreed too. That was their accomplishment. the only one.

They're finding out that its one thing to platform on reduced government etc.....and then another when they realize that picking what to cut isnt so easy. Targeting social security or medicare will kill them come election time. They KNOW this. And Obama....lol....he taunts them with it. Daring them to cut those programs. Cause he knows they can't really do it. And this is Obama's last term, what does he care about being reelected?

So a better question might be....what CAN they do? Obama has offered a grand bargain...they should grab that and get what they can. It would be a success they could hold up. But even that seems out of their reach.

The handling of Syria in the end worked out, troop withdrawals from Iraq, Obamacare (yes we know you hates it), repealed DADT, eleiminated Osama Bin Laden, tightened sanction on Iran, which most likely helped remove the nutcase from power, and have led to them negotiating about nuclear disarmament, eliminated the stem cell restrictions on research. TONS of stuff. Theres lots of lists out there.
