I asked the same question, but no direct response, at least I don't remember any, so maybe it just wasn't a worthwile one. I think Mr. Doer is Mr. John Doe that constantly insists that "He Built That".

Well the whole far right apparatus works on these types of generalizations (same on the far left). That's just how they HAVE to operate.
