I was wrong, I did not think a few thousand people driving a Prius would matter much, but it looks like they pulled it off!

The 17-year pause in global warming is likely to last into the 2030s and the Arctic sea ice has already started to recover, according to new research.

A paper in the peer-reviewed journal Climate Dynamics – by Professor Judith Curry of the Georgia Institute of Technology and Dr Marcia Wyatt – amounts to a stunning challenge to climate science orthodoxy.

Not only does it explain the unexpected pause, it suggests that the scientific majority – whose views are represented by the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) – have underestimated the role of natural cycles and exaggerated that of greenhouse gases.

Good question. All of our technological advances have been made since the end of the "little ice age." Thanks to global warming we are able to feed more people than ever before.

To oppose global warming is to be for famine, disease, and the lack of technological advancement.

But the famine would be organic and natural, and isn't that a good thing?

The science that you don't hear about is the science of the microwaves from the Sun that profoundly affect the core of the Earth and the global temps. What we do on the surface is an absolute joke in comparison to this force of nature.

Global Warming is and always has been complete idiocy.

Yeah never mind the increased drought, stronger storms, rise in sea level, etc. that would be a result of global warming, huh? Peoples' ignorance on this subject is truly shocking at times. I guess when you desire to put religious dogma into schools as opposed to science, that frame of mind is the inevitable result.

That is because nobody pays attention to junk "science." Microwaves cannot penetrate the core of the Earth. Microwaves are absorbed by the atmosphere long before they even reach the surface of the planet.
