It was labelled two years before Obama was even elected.

Wrong.

Well, then why are they not in jail?
The DOJ is surely on them hard like the were Joe, for even mentioning the MCCP was onto Obama.

All in good time, BB. All in good time.

Your delusions persist. The DOJ could not give a hoot in hell about the MCCCP. This is in the hands of the IRS, not the DOJ.

Assuming you know the difference.

wow! that takes some high levels of cognitive dissonance to deny it after being given their corporation and EIN numbers.

maybe BB would believe the maricopa county sheriff's office. from their letter contained in the link i provided before:

"The majority of the Posse's as they exist hold a 501-C3 status which means they are tax exempt."

7 years and the IRS hasn't shut them down yet?
The DOJ would be all over it.

Obama is known to use his power to go after all opposition.

No, they haven't. Now that there actually has been a complaint filed, that is likely to change.

Private time and private money.

Zullo has yet to file for non-profit at all. There is no income, directly to MCCP
let's see what their own website says:

MCSO Cold Case Posse - Donate to CCP

"The MCSO Cold Case Posse (CCP) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization."

so, yes, they are a 501(c)(3) and it is more than just a nick name.

"If you would like to make a contribution to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Cold Case Posse, please click on the "Donate" button directly below."

they have been soliciting outside donations ( they've also had online ads ). so, assuming they haven't been a complete failure, then they are receiving income.
