wow! that takes some high levels of cognitive dissonance to deny it after being given their corporation and EIN numbers.
maybe BB would believe the maricopa county sheriff's office. from their letter contained in the link i provided before:
"The majority of the Posse's as they exist hold a 501-C3 status which means they are tax exempt."
MCCP is just a nick name for the volunteers that have an agenda all on their own. Kinda like the TEA Party was before corporate America jumped on the bandwagon and wanted to raise money.

Zullo has yet to file for non-profit at all. There is no income, directly to MCCP

so, yes, they are a 501(c)(3) and it is more than just a nick name.

they have been soliciting outside donations ( they've also had online ads ). so, assuming they haven't been a complete failure, then they are receiving income.
