I have not really looked into it recently, but it is something I thought about. For the longest time, as many of us know, the US has been losing jobs to outsourcing and manufacturing being done by other countries. My question is, do other countries face the same outsourcing problem that the US is? Are corporations in other first world countries sending jobs to India and China? Just something I was thinking about. Discuss

Yes, but for REAL entertainment is listening to the Chinese complain about some of their jobs being outsourced to other countries. China has had wage increases for a while now to deal with rising inflation, and some of their factories have moved on to other nearby countries.

Some of them DO see the irony....but some don't.

The whole system is designed to make everyone co-dependant. Productivity is exported while consumerism is imported. The elite take the difference and laugh all the way to the bank.

yes

take Audi, for instance. They are a German company with major plants in Mexico, China, and India, with smaller operations in the US, Canada, Brazil, South Africa, Japan, Indonesia, Australia, Taiwan, South Korea, and all over Europe. They are just one random example.

Japan doesn't make all of its electronics now. They make their stuff all over Asia now. Labor in Japan is expensive.

The UK actually started the trend of moving jobs to India. BT was outsourcing in the early 90s.

The stupidity and lack of any knowledge about the subject of some question posts on here never seem to amaze me.

Instead of doing ANY research themselves they come on here and expect the rest of us to do it for them.

How hard would it have been to find out that BMW, Toyota, VW, Fiat and many other foreign owned companies have plants here?
