You didnt answer the question, you go on to cite a man who had a business, got into a car accident, lost every bit of his income, went bankrupt, his wife left him and he eventually ended up in a shelter..
Under ACA, if the same thing happened, what would be different since he couldnt afford his premiums
btw, wouldnt he have qualified for medicaid then? yes, yes he would..
Got news for you. America is slowly wakening up to what health insurance actually costs. ACA is only the start of what lies ahead.
But in this particular case - you change the subject, include - what if? what if? what if?, etc.
I didnt change the subject, jojajn brought up the guy as an example of someone who would benefit from ACA.. I'm asking how..
furthermore, america ALWAYS new health insurance has costs.. who the hell suggested otherwise? If it has costs, then why did you support Obama when he said premiums would fall 3000%? Dont stand there and pretend that wasnt how it was sold to the public because you know dam well it was.
You're the one who used him as an example as to why we needed to screw over millions of americans in order to "fix" a problem, and I'm asking you how he would have benefited considering he wouldnt have been able to afford his premiums and would have lost insurance, thus leaving him with medical bills STILL..
No ****.. but the medical bills wouldnt disappear, as you said, health insurance has costs..
All but $12,500 would have, I suspect he could have swung that. And given the description re him personally I'd bet he could have afforded to pay the insurance premiums on a bronze plan.
