then there are the pro life folks who are pro choice when it comes to rape or incest, but if the woman had sex willingly they change their minds. we even have anti choircers who think it is fine to force a woman to remain pregnant and give birth against their wills.

It is so sad how true that is. So many pro-life groups don't care what happens to that life once it leaves the womb. They consistently vote against anything to help families they are championing to have that child.

There is a difference in protecting life and providing entitlements... with birth control pill/condoms and abortion pills available now, is there a reason for abortion anymore? Other than incest, rape, etc...

Pro-lifers tend to fight against birth control as well. Not all certainly, but it seems to be the majority opinion.

Seems to me that providing food to the hungry and medicine to the sick IS protecting life.

A common tool of the left: Exaggerate and distort your opponent's point of view until it's something any rational person would oppose and then make fun of it. It's easier than debating (and more fun, too, for simple minds.) That's how you get "Wars on women, the poor, the planet, and so on, and so on....) Very boring stuff.
