I believe someone in his administration read the bill; in fact, they probably wrote it. He knew what he was saying wasn't true. It's just not possible to believe otherwise.

He lied first, when he promised ALL bills would be posted on the Internet for 5 days BEFORE being voted on.

I can't believe his signature bill wasn't read by him. His legacy counts on it.

They only want what's best for you and they have determined that if your policy doesn't cover maternity and pediatric services then your policy is "substandard".
