You don't recall the fraud that government program uncovered after all was said and done ?

Over $9 million was sent to prisons and $28 million was sent to people who filed multiple claims.
$17 million was sent to people who had already owned homes and didn't qualify.

This was all from the Inspector General's report after the money was doled out.

Nearly $30 million stolen from Homebuyer Credit: report - Jun. 23, 2010

Obamacare and it's "we'll take your word for it" process will end up the same.

I should have informed Capital 1 that only government programs are not very well policed when it took me 3 months to fix my life after being victim of Identity theft. I had almost no help from CO in tracking down and going after these people after they were discovered.

Keep this in mind....when it's a debit card then it's your money that's gone but when it's a credit card it's their money that's gone. Which fraud do you think banks jump on ?

I only use credit card for purchases because it's "their money" until I pay the bill and if I didn't make the purchase I'm covered and the banks are rabid about credit card fraud.

Not so much with debit card because it's NOT their money.
