1. Well, considering that the U.S. Supreme Court previously had 8-1 rulings/decisions such as Buck v. Bell (1927), I wouldn't be too surprised by this.
2. Not if these individuals want to reproduce naturally. Also, this was a reponse to the genetic disorders part, and I don't think that it would apply to my point about pregnant women who want to give birth to defective children rather than to get abortions.

Genetic study has shown that chances of genetic abnormalities from closely related parents is not much higher than the chances of genetic abnormalities for a 45 year old woman having a child. The government shouldn't be involved in either of their choice to, or not to, reproduce.
So Federal Gay Marriage is legal? Why all the fuss with State decisions?
Because people get married and live in states. Those states may not recognize their marriage, thus no equal protection under the law. States have to follow the constitution too. The case heard did not involve state recognition, but there will be one before the court in the next couple of years.

The gov't shouldn't be involved in 99% of what it does.
In fact SSM would not even be an issue, if there were no Income Taxes, the right to contract (true rights), and common law courts.

You have no proof of your creator, thus your creator does not have any final say. Temporal and temporary do not mean the same thing, totally different meanings, not even related. Look it up. Your choice to believe ends where my choice to not follow your religion begins, keep your religion to yourself.
