We no longer have a government of laws. It is a government by arbitrary and capricious waiver, a unilateral takeover by the executive branch, with total disregard for the constitutional structure of checks and balances.

Obama's version of checks and balances: take our checks to pay off his balances.

Once again, Friends of Barack are exempted, arbitrarily, from the obnoxious aspects of Obamacare.

I get my insurance cancelled, then replaced with 50% coinsurance and higher deductibles in my new ObamaJunk policy, Barack's friends get exemptions and waivers and breaks. See how this works?

It was a matter of time. Everyone except middle class taxpayers will get exemptions, waivers and outright "you're special" treatment.

Ah, our government will bend over backwards as long as the people bend over forwards!

They will be laughing all the way to the bank.

It will be interesting to see how much more debt we've gotten ourselves into in a year with no one paying for these premium subsidies and expanded medicaid programs except normal working Joe's with their tax refunds.
