A Blog post. A Hunting magazine article which doesn't actually understand what a scientific journal is. And a website that argues that anti-gun activists are not racist, which is not actually what the OP was about (it was about pro-gun activists being racist).
There are lies, damn lies, then there are statistics..
A majority of households owning a firearm are not white racists. In fact, how many non-white gun owners would they have polled? How many non-white households and white households would have simply passed on the poll? (hint- A LOT).
I would venture to guess that what they did get in their poll was a reactive group that are vehement with regards to 2nd amendment rights that are naturally more vocal than the rest of the populace. Skewed data.
In other words- They went fishing where the fish are plentiful..

Someone else was also fooled by this study just like you and started a thread about it, which was debunked. Read the actual parts of the study and see if it sounds logical to you.
If you show any political leanings that are 'against welfare' including wanting to weed out fraud within welfare that is a sign of "symbolic racism" as blacks are more likely to use welfare per capita.
