This is how it works in the NYPD and FDNY. Everything is done to make sure that women and minorities pass the civil service exam and then get through the academies with no problem. They then have to get through their one year probationary period. After one year, the women look for any excuse to file for an injury on the job claim. [I know it, I've seen it] They have a very high proportion of claims compared to men.
btw- job injury equaling can't work is 3/4 pay tax exempt for life.
