We just built a house out in the country in Howard County, MD. After looking at Montgomery County for a brief millisecond, the choice was clear: Montgomery County is a very bland, diversity stricken, seen-better-days, armpit of liberal stupidity. I almost get physically ill at the notion of living in Montgomery County, MD. Which by the way is seeing more and more influx of government-dependent leeches such as that in the OP.

montgomery county is great. well, depending on your definition of great. if you like 650,000 mexicans at 7-11 at 6am, it's great. if you like white trash suburban panhandlers with iphones, it's great. I can't believe you stayed in this state brotha. property taxes here are a mortal sin.
