So each person paying is paying double what they should have to.
The government passes a law saying everyone needs to contribute into the apple fund, thereby distributing the costs more evenly across the populace. The law also has regulations concerning what the apple corporation is allowed to charge per apple.
In response to the new costs the business is taking on, it attempts to protect profits by scaring everyone into thinking apple prices will skyrocket if the law is passed (and even years afterward).

I'm not sure whats so difficult to understand about this. With everyone paying into the system, its cheaper for everyone. The multi-trillion dollar healthcare industry knows this, but also knows its profits will take a dive when they are forced to insure people who might actually get sick.

Costs are going to rise initially, then fall, and stabilize. Its basic mathematics.
Your math is really flawed. Kinda like Obamacare.

First off, not everybody will pay into the apple fund. And some will pay $2 and others will pay $50. And some of the 100 people have no teeth so they don't need apples but will be forced to pay anyway. Others would prefer oranges, but the government has said you can no longer buy oranges so they will be forced to pay for apples.

And the health insurance industry will make out like a bandit. It's part of Obama's Crony Capitalism.

Did you ever think of doing something positive, like actually contributing something useful?

State the laws, rules or regulations enacted or the series of events that took place leading to Americans having limited access to health plan coverage, and which created a new class of citizens: pre-existing conditions.

Think you can manage to do that? You might actually learn something.

Obviously...

are you kidding me?

The Republicans have tried to repeal the law close to 50 times, and have even shut down the federal government in an attempt to do so.

How could they try any harder to keep people with preexisting conditions from being insured?

Jesus christ.

Right.

The insurance industry just loves the idea of affordable healthcare, covering sick people, and a step towards single payer.

They love the idea so much they've lobbied the government into complete disarray over the legislation.

lol can someone at least make a logical point I can address?

Next you're gonna tell me the NAACP is advocating Rockefeller drug laws.

You are picking 1 thing out of the enitre healthcare bill to use as your only argument?

It appears you are getting mad, because you are not able to back anything up you say....

Why are you fellow dems attempting to change the bill if it is so precious...

Oh, and please explain this:

Why has it taken 4 years to impliment, all those people with pre-existing conditions were suffering, why make them wait so long...

Go ahead and expplain...

This thread is a perfect example of opinions regarding the ACA: hostile and uninformed.

But no, that can't be. Its obvious every poster here has read the law, and has the necessary edication to form an opinion worth anything.

Even Bill Clinton (and I am not a fan of his) is telling our dictator and chief to let the public keep what they have concerning healthcare. But Obama's liberal faithful follwers do not care. Whatever this guy does is golden to them.

Ok.

You brought up preexisting conditions, not me.

You can keep changing the topic if you like, but if you're not gonna pay attention to what anyone else says, at least pay attention to what you're saying.
