Of course it should work better: they have eliminated any small businesses from enrolling via the website by shutting down the SHOP part of the exchange. That has to greatly reduce traffic on the site.

Now for the next part. Will they suckers enough young to pay for it. Come on young people, there are alot of lefties waiting for you to sign up so you can subsidize their health care insurance. It must make them feel so manly to depend on young people just starting out.
People are not dying because they don't have health care insurance. They can not be turned away if they go to the emergency room and they know it. I've seen them bring people off the street because they were found living in the streets on a bitter freezing night. They are very well cared for. After their body temp is brought up the next order of business is a bath and they don't have insurance.
Emergency room must stabilize they under no obligation to provided long term treatment. So yes people who can't afford treatment do die for a lack insurance

Remember, the website is only one small part. Millions are losing their healthcare insurance and millions more will be only that part has been hidden because Obama moved the date past the 2014 election so people won't find out until it's too late. All this to help only 3% of the population.
