Isn't it amazing. Obama is so tyrannical and stupid that he actually thinks he has the power to create laws himself.

Who voted for this guy?

Idiots who would rather be "cool" than "right".

They thought they were getting Morgan Freeman from "Deep Impact" and instead got Eddie Murphy from "Trading Places".

Well, at least he is not as stupid as those who actually think he doesn't.

We have four sources of law in this country. They are:

1. Constitutional Law.

2. Common Law (which is created by the Article III Judicial Branch)

3. Statutory Law (which is created by the Article I Legislative Branch)

4. Regulatory Law (which is created by the Article II Executive Branch)

Pay particular attention to that 4th one.

Narcissistic Personality Disorder is the cause of this kind of behavior. O has it and it's a mental illness.

Wait until he decides the two term limit on presidents doesn't apply to him.

The majority of the US Electorate. Twice.

Article I of the Constitution gives Congress exclusive power to make federal laws, and Article II of the Constitution gives the American president the executive power to administer and enforce those laws. Article II then includes the language about how the president must faithfully execute those laws.
Among other things, the Take Care Clause was inserted in the Constitution to abolish the Royal Prerogative that the Framers of the American Constitution knew from their lives as Englishmen. It was the power of the king of England to disregard or effectively suspend Acts of Parliament. The king could not make laws, but he could shelve a law that Parliament had passed.

Obama’s announcement is a flagrant and undeniable violation of his constitutional duty under the Take Care Clause. The provisions of Obamacare causing enormous trouble for insurance plans are mandatory, and only Congress can change those parts of the Affordable Care Act. Every day provides additional proof that Obamacare is a complete train wreck, but it is one regarding which only Congress can change the terms.

Everything Germany did in the 30's and 40's was legal as they had a judicial branch and legislative branch overseeing and approving of the executive branch's actions.

Doesn't he know that only the Supreme Court can do that?

Only Congress can change the laws that it, or prior congresses, passed and the President signed into law.
The process starts in Congress, not directly from a Kings desk.

By him thinking this is his law with his name on it, only he and he alone, can modify it how he wishes.
Unintended consequences and all that, because he cannot see past his nose.
