As a fan of Citizens Against Government Waste I found this article of great interest.
Prime Cuts 2013 | Citizens Against Government Waste

Our elected reps like to say that making cuts is difficult. Our fed is guilty of chronic waste and poor management. I don't expect everyone to agree with all of CAGW's suggestions but please check them out. It is a worthy read.

Government is not interested in eliminating waste. The only thing they are interested in is digging deeper in our pockets to get more money to waste.

Suggestions to eliminate government waste

Get government out of ALL programs that government shouldn't be involved in. Which is some 3/4 of all the progams they're in now.

Then you'll eliminate government waste from all of them. A definite win-win.

You can't eliminate government waste. But you can eliminate government, quite a lot.

How about the senate and the house of representatives? Start by cutting THEIR staff and allowances! Have you seen what they are allowed? Ridiculous!
