A cousin of mine works for the NY Times, and in his own words, "you can only take so many lies before you realize you need to stop enabling him."

5 years too late, but better late than never, I suppose.

And before you go playing the oh-so-worn-out-Faux-News line with me, I'm neither a liberal nor a conservative. It's gotten so bad that I've been gathering my US news from outside-the-country sources for the last 4 years now.

Is Der Spiegel, BBC or others any less-biased than US sites such as CNN/CBS/ABC/Fox? Honestly, I don't know.

Governor of NJ chris christie, Senator of kentucky Rand Paul, and Gary Johnson.

I would vote for mickey mouse rather that sit out a election with this hack!!!
or whoever else the democrats toss out next go around
Romney would have made a good president

As a liberal I think Obama has been a disappointment but I blame the structure of our government more for his failures than him. He has some blame, he's failed to use the "bully pulpit" effectively but he's President in an era where Americans are more cynical and paranoid about government.

Even when Obama had a Dem House and Senate he couldn't get anything done because of the ridiculous Super Majority/filibuster rules, which by the way are not in the constitution.

The ironic thing is back in the mid 2000's when Trent Lott was trying to do away with the Super Majority/Filibuster with the "Nuclear Option" the Democrats were crying bloody murder. Now that Harry Reid is trying to do the same thing its the Republicans that are crying foul. They are all wankers.

we can all blame Washington but it is our own fault~~
what is it a third vote??
how may refused to vote the last 2 elections?? so now we have the hack in chief
most of congress needs to go ad what about local elections?? we have the power of the vote but we cry ad do nothing!!!

And Romney was going to win also right??

Bush dropped down to 22% before it was all set and done.

Regardless, my point remains the same. Bush's #'s and Obama's #'s and this point in their Presidencies were almost identical (according to RCP which averages all of the polls). However, the Democratic party as a whole and Democrats in Congress were rated consierably higher at this point in Bush's Presidency than the GOP and Republicans in Congress are now.
