Do you think the legal age to become a registered vote in the United States should be lowered?? If you either agree it should or disagree, please explain why you think this and state what the age limit should be.

I agree..21 is a good age. At 18 many know nothing of the real world..still living at home with no expenses and just looking no further than the next weekend.

I think it should be raised to 21. Legal drinking age is 21, therefore 21 should be the voting age.

No. I think 18 is an appropriate age. Even at 18 I think people are too young to really understand the world, but I don't think it's morally right to deny 18 year olds the right to vote.

Raise it, 21 would mean a few less starry eyed liberals mesmerized by catchy slogans.

It used to be 21, but we can't put that genie back in the bottle. I wouldn't go any lower than 18; some 18 yr olds are still in high school.

No. It should stay at 18. In my opinion <18 is too young and immature of an age to vote so lowering it even more is a huge mistake.

I think when you're old enough to enter the military, you're old enough to vote.
