Do rich Democrats pay better wages for the same job?

no but Democrats create a system that allows people who dont already have wealth to maybe live a decent life or possibly get ahead

The Republican system is one where the wealthy get wealthier and everyone else is pretty much **** out of luck

haha, do you call price gouging making hard working Americans pay $3.20 a gallon while stock holders and Oil exectuvies make millions of dollars earning?

Republicans are the anti-workers, they wouldnt know what to do if they had to go out and actually work for a living, they need pure capitalist jobs because it keeps them from actually working and it keeps them in power, Republicans need other people to work for them and make them money, they are the modern day Slave traders

Well I just want to know one thing. How many of you think that most public officials running for office who say they are for the common people still would if the rules for seeking public office like Senator,Governor or President was.....

By statue # da da da....anyone seeking office who owns more than $1,000,000 in combined assets must surrender said amount to balance at 1,000,000 and excess going to public charity to qualify for office and are not allowed to have said assets exceed the quota except hourly wages earned during the serving term and not to exceed $2,000,000 ever after said service.

Any person seeking office shall own and drive a vehicle costing no more $40,000 and have a minimum of 30 miles to a gallon average or own a house no larger than 3 bedrooms on a half acre of land.

Any person seeking public office shall be paid $15 per hour for one term,$20 a hour for 2 terms capped off at $30 a hour beyond 2 terms,1 week vacation for 4 years service,2 weeks vacation for 8 years service capped off to 3 weeks past 10 years service.

All persons elected must pay for transportation personally, unless proven to be used for on the job purposes.

All persons in office will have health care insurance deducted from their paycheck by using selected HMO ,and exempt from military care unless proven to be a veteran.

All persons seeking office will be subject to accepting campaign donations no larger than $10,000 and only from a individual no corp. or interest and all use must be proven otherwise donated to charity.

Lets see how many Dems or Repubs would enter public service then.....

As the economy continues to decline (implode may be a better word) the stock market down again today, and the odds of a recession increasing (we are perhaps now in a recession) It should be interesting to see what politico's get the blame

Interesting. When the stock market was at record levels, the doomsayers were pooh-poohing it as an indicator of economic health. Now that the market is experiencing a correction, it becomes to their eyes the harbinger of death for our economy.

I would hope for a little less chicken little action and a little more portfolio diversity as Santa's gift to us this year.

If you congratulated Bush when the stock market went up I would guess you would blame him when it goes down.

skytrekker, did you congratulate Bush when it went up or do you only place blame?
