I completely agree. Civics use to be a requirement in public schools, but since liberal freaks do not want a populace that is knowledgeable about how their own government functions, civics is no longer taught. Liberal freaks continue to dumb down public education to the point were someone as insane as Obama could be elected.

Just imagine what the next generation of morons will elect.

******, I am a neo-con librul and besides math, science, and English...

I think civics and courses that teach how gubment works is more important than any dumb librul art elective.

Civics would be a requirement in any nation that actually desired citizen participation. Before the Democrat established unconstitutional Department of Education was created in 1980 civics was a requirement in every public school. Private schools already taught civics, and most private schools still do. Today, you will not find civics as a requirement in any public school.
