Here are the requirements to become a NYC Firefighter... I don't see anything about "women get a free pass" in there, but it does clearly state one MUST pass all physical tests (with no amendments for gender).
Ah, why would it? No where does it indicate physical requirements under eligibility. When have you ever known women to be required to do the same physical endurance as males? Women have their guidelines, and men have theirs. Men and women are not the same, even though some feminists insist on believing so. Do you think there are women that could play for the NFL as well?

Besides being a kicker, I think it is to be determined but more and more girls are starting to play football. I knew a girl in high school that played football though I think she stopped before college.
There are many forms of coercion that fall just short of rape. "If you loved me. . . ", etc.

Not all women can be NFL players, I never said that. There are some who could play football if they wanted to. There are some who are, just like there are men who are as physically gifted as the average woman.
Because the military doesn't have a need for them to do so.
