Except that dude is already sitting in prison. He's been in there since March. They say he's on the search warrant...do they really have no idea that he's ALREADY in prison?

Pot's illegal, "Obama" or "Obama's goons" were just enforcing the law. Personally I think they raided about 488 too few (going off the 500 number posted earlier). If medical marijuana were legitimate, it could be prescribed by a doctor and gotten from a pharmacy, not some back-alley "dispensary."
There are some other Laws he should be & should have been enforcing as per his Oath of Office.
