The fact of the matter is that we in the Republican Party are not yet prepared to take on the task of winning back the White House. And our lack of preparation has nothing to do with candidates—it has to do with our agenda. The voters know that we oppose Obama. What they don’t really know is what we would do if they gave us the car keys. How would we reform and improve education? What is our plan for health care, once we repeal Obamacare? How will we make America energy independent? What exactly will we do to stop our entitlement programs from going bankrupt? And how will we get America’s economy growing again? The voters demand answers to these questions. And they deserve them.
They have spent so much time opposing Obama at every step and have lost focus on real agenda and real policy....It begs the question what will happen if you do get your way?

Pragmatic and moderate folks don't support Obama.
Loaning hundreds of millions to Solyndra, saying the Republicans' "holy grail" is denying healthcare to people, putting a moratorium on drilling and cancelling the keystone pipeline, saying you'll raise capital gains taxes even if it results in lower revenue, asking for hundreds of billions for a "jobs bill" right after your trillion dollar stimulus failed to produce any shovel ready jobs, etc - none of that is pragmatic or moderate.
Ok.... The US a long history of loaning and giving money to private companies, it wasn't unprecedented. It failed, absolutely, but that's truly nothing compared to what occurs in defense. It's funny you use this as an example as China is outcompeting the US by similarly investing and even propping up its solar industry on a grander scale.

Whatever. These type of sound bites are only that, sound bites. Both sides are guilty of slinging mud.

putting a moratorium on drilling and cancelling the keystone pipeline,
You realize the O&G industry is undergoing a renaissance and production will result in being a net exporter. It was certainly a setback, but this was an unprecedented event.

K? Is this just talk or has this happened? We dealing in what ifs here?

Of course it produced some shovel-ready jobs, although far less than ideal. However, the stimulus went to more than just shovel ready jobs, it helped plug tens of billions of dollars of state budgets.

That's the problem, you can't actually sit here and list the pros and cons of these actual actions and the hypotheticals. The world has many angles to observe and look at.
