We actually did give such to North Korea with results seen in Clinton era. Perhaps why many in congress are skeptical about this deal.Doesn't sound like many experts actually think this is much of a deal and only temporary. some say Obama needs a dog's tail to wag and Iran was on the brink like USSR as far as economy.Anytime he quotes Reagan I don't think he is convinced of Kerry's success.
