There's plenty not shown to tourists.
They are the largest portfolio owner of stocks..sell a few.
They have more gold bullion then some countries..sell a few.
Start paying RE taxes to cities all over the world for their vast land ownership.

And this Pope is in a position to do something.
He's been preaching this for over 10 years.
So we'll see what happens.
I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

They are Top 3 owners of real estate in the world, so they have a lot to give. Is it possible that the pope was referring to the Catholic Church?

Look they aren't going to sell off land. Many religious institutions have vast land holdings, although none as vast of the Catholic church. They have accumulated vast land holdings, art, and artifacts throughout the centuries. However that hasn't stopped them for being charitable.

Matthew 19:21 - Jesus answered, "If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me."

Since the Catholic hierarchy clearly doesn't do this, I guess that would make the pope fallible after all.

I see it as saying "I want this and I want that and I believe this and I believe that!" then claim that they have the backing of some creator of the universe who had a bizarre interest in bronze-age villages in the middle east in order to vindicate their own opinions. There's one sidewalk preacher here who, in all those gay marriage threads, flips back and forth between "I believe" and "God believes" all the time.

Unbridled Capitalism just like Unbridled Freedom or any other absolute does not work out well for everyone involved because you'll be stepping on others, or encroaching on others Freedoms as in the case with Unbridled Freedom.

Jesus was definitely a Socialist, concerned for the plight of everyone and preached about a Utopia on Earth that will come some day. Something I see many bash Liberals about.

Those same people seem to align more with Satanic Teachings than the teachings of Jesus.
They seem to put more emphasis on worship of the self and the ego, with a system of survival of the fittest.
Evolutionary in thought and strikes to the core animal aspect of humans of this World, rather than the spiritual side of man.

Can you show me where He said that it's acceptable to steal from someone and give to someone else?

He never did say it was acceptable to Steal and the Corporate Cronies and Banksters are doing just that with a Government I pay taxes to.

They are stealing representation away from those that don't have money to buy politicians even though my taxes are going to a government that is supposed to be representing everyone.

If you want to take up the problem of those getting welfare handouts and foodstamps, even though many are working, take it up with the criminal corporations and banks that want to steal from me to subsidize others that they should already be paying for.

The Poor, Illegal Immigrants and so forth do not have the Political nor Monetary Power like the ones buying politicians at the top have. They are not the ones stealing. That would be your hero's.
