I totally agree but it will never be made retroactive. We can however move forward to make sense and stop making a mockery out of our citizenship. It is also bankrupting our country because these so-called citizen kids are entitled to all kinds of government handouts which is depleting our tax coffers.
Once that kid is born in the hospital though the same law applies to both equally.
Both instances are abuse of the law but for different reasons.
The Chinese are doing it to provide more opportunity to their children later in life.
The illegals are doing it for immediate welfare benefits.

In the Chinese case, they entered USA LEGALLY and are allowed to stay here LEGALLY. During such period, they can't give birth??? Millions of foreigners are here legally, studying, visiting, doing business etc. and sometimes they give birth to their children during such stay. Some decide to stay here through legal means like myself and others decide to go back to their home countries. Nothing wrong with that. That is called legal immigration.
In the illegals case, they entered USA ILLEGALLY. No need to say more.
I imagine the children of wealthy Chinese couples will be a great asset to our nation. I am betting these children will be a net benefit in economic terms for our nation. We need more children of wealthy immigrants to offset the children of poor immigrants.

Just imagine the inheritance tax alone we can collect from them. My goodness, that would be enough to pay for the whole Obamacare. Not to mention the potential business investment and employment they WILL bring to us.
But I am sure that's a stupid idea - who wants more rich people's stinky money or jobs? We should somehow punish those law abiding people and in the meantime welcome more illegals to join our flock of welfare recipients.

For those who still don't get the point, these Chinese people are rich. They can easily drop 1 million dollars to get a green card for their WHOLE family according to the current immigration law. They don't do that simply because of our stupid tax law.
Hey since their children are American citizens, they are on the hook now.
They learned this from the Mexicans, next up welfare, ESL classes and section 8 for their Anchor babies. The new and approved Obama amnesty should help them with this BS.
