Wait until the Republicans are back in charge and choose to enforce various laws 'selectively'.

What goes around, comes around.

Did anyone say that 100% of the Drs stopped taking Medicare patients? One anecdotal case does not provide a picture of the overall status of a plan.

Didn't happen. Republicans voted to fund the government, but Democrats refused to allow it.

Not only do I care, it's absolutely true. Never met a liberal who would be honest about a single thing.

Another lie.

No, you'll scream your head off that it's the law, and the president has no power to interfere. Don't you remember how you argued that not even Congress could DEFUND IT, during the Democrat shutdown? You argued that not only was the president unable to change the law, NOT EVEN CONGRESS could refuse to fund the law.

Now, suddenly you're claiming the law doesn't matter.

The word "hypocrite" sort of describes your behavior, but it lacks the emphasis necessary to be accurate.

No, it doesn't work, especially not "work well". It has failed, completely.

So I guess if Medicare doesn't work then Tricare or VA must be the preferred Tea Party plan?? I cant imagine a Tea Partier actually having to go out and buy health care.

The job of the Executive Branch is to "execute" the law. That gives the president a vast amount of regulatory leeway. It's nothing new.

"Selective Enforcement" is okay for Obama...so had Romney won, Democrats would be fine if Romney said "this is a mess...I won't enforce it during my presidency" and of course Democrats will be perfectly fine with the next Republican president saying that he/she will selectively not enforce Obamacare and everyone is free from it?
