Disabled woman denied entry to U.S. after agent cites supposedly private medical details | Toronto Star
A disabled Canadian woman was denied entry to the US because of a 2012 hospitalization (in Canada) for clinical depression and attempted suicide. Police were not involved.
I wonder if this will play out as claimed and, with a push to deny guns to mentally unstable people, if US Immigration & other law enforcement agencies have access to US mental health records.
Canada has access into NCIC and the US has access into CPIC per bilateral agreement.
