Then those people who WON'T fit in just need to leave. Period.

I ain't talking about people who TRY to learn the language; respect their new countries laws and so on. If not them, their kids will probably do Ok and the the grand kids WILL be "German" through and through even IF they have dark skin and have a last name like Hussain.
