Baker guy's very business promotes gluttony. Which, you may or may not remember from your Bible, is a sin. He makes a living providing a product that makes people fat. How's God feeling about that these days?

(I would LOVE to see all the C-D conservatives who cry about the LGBT community having rights lined up and put on the scales. My guess is most of them would need to fall on their knees and beg God to forgive them their sins.)

The couple are not the ones CLAIMING to be following Christian beliefs. The baker, who refused services based on his Christian beliefs. is the one claiming to be a "good Christian".

Maybe someone should explain the do unto others thing to the baker.

Again, he baked a cake for a DOG WEDDING. I read the bible cover to cover, and I saw nothing there that promoted canine weddings.
I had better not Sushi the Siamese know. Next thing you know, cats will be demanding wedding cakes, too.
Tuna flavoured.

Baloney, the gay couple could have easily went and found another baker, but no, they had to make a big stink about it just to get attention and press. I'm getting sick of gays acting like their rights and privileges should trump everyone else.

And the "Christian" baker could have easily followed the laws that all business have to follow. I'm getting sick of Christians that think they are above the law and deserve special rights and privileges that others do not have.

You'll never convince the liberals of how self destructive they are. They aren't a very bright group in general, and easily led in any direction ... j

Trying to explain the implications of the government forcing a business to serve an individual against their will, REGARDLESS of the reason, destroys the individual rights of everyone, under the false pretense of protecting rights.

What needs to happen next ... every fundamentalist christian organization out there needs to locate gay owned bakeries and contract with them cakes decorated with scriptures that denounce the act of men laying down with men.

Muslims can do the same thing, ordering cakes decorated woth Quran passages calling for the stoning of homosexuals. Maybe then, some would get the clue that individual rights to choose who you serve is the most basic right .... if you don't possess that right, you are a slave.

They want the same rights and privileges as everyone else. Like buying a wedding cake at a bakery that sells wedding cakes.
They weren't demanding anything special.

Christian bakeries should make wedding cakes decorated with scriptures that call for the stoning to death of brides who aren't virgins.
Childrens birthday cakes should be inscribed with the passages that call for the stoning of disobedient children.
