What about the people who once could afford insurance but no longer can. Now he is willing to allow them to buy catastrophic insurance, it will allow him to claim that everyone is insured. It doesn't matter to him that the people who lost their insurance can not afford good insurance.

I don't care how much he tries to "message" it. Our insurance policy cost still are way higher, his message won't matter when it comes time to pay the bill.

Obama said "insurance will go down by $2500.00"

Offering the same concession that "Obama refused to do" before the shut down. We could have avoided the government shut down had he listened to Ted Cruz and Republicans when they said there were big problems with Obamacare.

Remember when Obama got really smirky about it? He's not looking so arrogant and smirky now.

They lied three, four years ago. They knew most people still believe a prez tells them the truth. When the ads showing Obama lying, 'If you're happy with blahblahblah...', what was it, 30, 40 times, millions of voters will be counting.

Nope but a $4M Christmas vacation in Hawaii should get him chipper and ready to take on the world.

GOT THAT!!!!!!!!

OBAMA LIED!!!! and I don't appreciate you calling me a liar. STOP USING CD TO SELL IT.
My brother is the same way. His plan was dropped (though his insurer changed the plan so it wouldn't be covered after Obamacare kicked off) then brought back for 2014. Now to get the 2014 termination letter, one must have had a previous 2013 termination plan.

Why do I get the feeling that the chaos (a/k/a "crisis") that has been created is no accident...

If insurance companies are forced to go out of business because they can't afford to participate under these conditions, that will pave the way for single payer.

And there you will have it...the field littered with free market health insurance "has-beens", all thrown under the bus, just so he can have his "legacy".

As for us, when that happens... in the words of someone else in D.C., "At this point, what difference does it make?!"
