US Clothing Manufacturing- thanks to NAFTA according to the article, has seen our clothing mills reduced to abandoned and boarded real estate. Such a shame.

US Appliance Manufacturing- we lost 5.7 million manufacturing jobs from 2010-2012. Never in this country's history has this industry lost more jobs. Rising cost of steel, plastic, resin, and outsourcing of labor are the blame for the unemployment in this industry.

How do we resurrect these industries? They are both essential to our growth.

Let's be honest, those are things we can't and won't do without and to get them back would be very stimulating for our economy.
Raise taxes even more. They'll come running back.

These jobs just end up going to illegals now. Especially the clothing industry. It's better to have the jobs go to the third world than it is to bring in the third world where the taxpayers have to subsidize them.

People subsidize govt. They have nothing without people. All people rich or poor.

So you think poor people disappear? You think food stamps are better than jobs?
Maybe we should just ship all those poor people offshore?

Besides, if the jobs stay here the unions will bring props in to strike. The government will demand more of the profit. I don't blame them really.

You know they still get the returns from offshoring, right? That is exactly why they sent the jobs off shore.
Govt makes more from their investments than taxes.

That takes more consumer dollars out of our markets when people are un or under employed.
So you think we're going to get the industries back by raising wages? Have you ever taken an economics course?

Let's be honest, those are things we can't and won't do without and to get them back would be very stimulating for our economy.

1. corporate consumption tax

2. reduce business tax to 10% flat tax

3. allow national "right to work" act

4. Eliminate workman's comp

5. limit corporate class action suits

6. Renegotiate NAFTA and China most favored nation trade policies

7. Muzzle the EPA

Don't worry- with all the illegals Obama is wanting to bring in, as well as his ability to reduce the prosperity of the average American, soon our citizens will work for less than a Chinese peasant.
