Agreed. This will soon be forgotten. But it's fun watching the MSM trying to turn this into a major scandal and take down a potential GOP candidate for the presidency...too bad they didn't dig into Fast and Furious or Benghazi with the same fervor.
I don't think it is a scandal that would derail the Christie candidacy. It is a scandal, small and provable...Unlike FF and Benghazi which are manufactured and as of yet unproven.
If Christie had ANY knowledge of closing the bridge, allegedly a punitive action instigated by some on his staff based on emails, he is a jerk and deserves all the storm he will endure, including being forever out of politics.
On the other hand, if he didn't know I don't think the public will hold it against him if he reacts decisively against those that were involved.

That story went on for AGES as if no other websites ever previously going live for the first time had problems when it was first launched. The point is the media will report what's new and it will eventually die down like every other story.
No difference, the right's high level of hypocrisy continues.
I admire a pol who takes it to his opponents. Christie has moved up a notch or two on my list if he, in fact, made the mayor pay for not endorsing him. I wish Obama were more like this - using the power of the executive to exact a price for the behavior of Congress. He (and the country) would have been much better off the last few years.
how come MSNBC and CNN never talked about Benghazi?

Notice the MSM downplayed all the Dem faux scandals but are jumping on this Republican faux scandal like their lives depended on it.
Don't ya just love the "objectivity" of the MSM these days ?
