Living well is the best revenge. I did not know George was the creative type. Real Renaissance Man.
ANFORD, Fla., Dec. 16 (UPI) -- Bidding on eBay for a signed painting of an American flag by stand-your-ground shooter George Zimmerman was just shy of $100,000 Monday night.
The top bid at 10 p.m. EST was $99,966. A total of 101 bids had been registered for the 18- by 24-inch painting, done in shades of blue with some of the wording from the Pledge of Allegiance since it was put up for sale on the Internet auction site Saturday.
The eBay bid posting states: "First hand painted artwork by me, George Zimmerman. Everyone has been asking what I have been doing with myself. I found a creative, way to express myself, my emotions and the symbols that represent my experiences. My art work allows me to reflect, providing a therapeutic outlet and allows me to remain indoors :-) I hope you enjoy owning this piece as much as I enjoyed creating it. Your friend, George Zimmerman."
More than likely many, if not all, are 'false' bids, done by jokers. Look at the bidding history: most of the bidders either are 'new' (0 feedback) or have scant feedback.

I just looked at the bid history and what you say is only partially accurate. In fact, the 2nd latest bid was from someone with 380 feedback ratings....and several others have way more than that.
Not sure what your point is. The bidding looks legit....not to mention the legal implications of "fake" bids.

Have you ever done anything on Ebay??
Yes indeed, and jokers running up bids is quite common. I bet that when the 'bidding' is over, possibly reaching one million dollars, that the painting ends up back for sale, with restrictions (such as: no bids accepted by those with zero feedback, no bids by those with 2 or more 'non payment' strikes, etc).
Painting by George Zimmerman Nears $100,000 Bid on eBay
I'm sure his lawyer is watching this sale carefully, ready to swoop in and take the whole sum, whatever it ends up being. Glad to see that the deadbeat is at least trying to pay back the lawyer that got him off for murder.
