Both, absolutely. Surely you aren't suggesting that no blame goes to this guy????
So people with actual disabilities can just suck it?
And how many living it up on the labor of others are actually disabled --- so disabled they can truly do no work or service of any kind? Even those whose legs don't work can work at a desk, they can answer phones, do paperwork.
Liberals should stop believing that having a job is the worst thing possible that could happen to someone, they should stop believing that making people into useless parasites somehow benefits them.
Most of the so-called disabled actually have two arms and two legs that work and an IQ over 60. They could be productive, contributing members of society.
You can't blame a 'player' for playing the game. Blame the owners who create the game, and blame the refs who are hired by the owners, but do not blame the players.
I know a guy who was in the military for 8 years so doesn't get the pension but he says he OWNS the military because he's going to be getting a very nice check the rest of his life for a new diagnosis of adult onset ADD, PTSD, sore back and shoulder. Plus he intends to work a physically demanding job.
It's become all to easy to claim some vague ache or pain - ADD is a good one to get free money.

In some rare cases it makes me happy that PTSD folks are losing their right to own guns. This is just such a case.

Yes and the bad part is someone truly disabled, injured in one of the wars, maybe without limbs has to go without because the government chooses to give free money to someone who has adult onset ADD and claims to have a sore back -- and can do physical work and actually intends to do that in addition to getting disability. The PTSD might be real, he saw injured and dead people but so do most paramedics and hosptial employees.

True, but they don't tend to form bonding relationships with them, then see them blown apart by an IED.
This disability is absurd, they just convicted several Long Island Rail Road employees for disability fraud including a doctor and forced others to pay back their benefits, hopefully this case will go the same way.
