What about countless other hateful comments from other Liberal celebrities? Janeanne Garafalo, Sarah Silverman, Bill Maher, etc. They get to say whatever hateful things they want about Conservatives and Christians and suffer no consequences for their hate speech. And Liberals are OK with that.

This family had a sports related hunting show called Duck Commander, sponsored by major firearm manufacturers years before Duck Dynasty was ever created. The Robertson family was very successful long before A&E came knocking. You don't know much about this subject do you?

As someone who is a staunch supporter of gay marriage, getting angry at Phil Robertson for expressing his viewpoint is idiotic. The man was asked a question, he answered it, and now everyone is getting up in arms because they don't like what he said? News flash: Phil Robertson most likely doesn't care what you think of his opinion.
I find it rather ironic that a man who has firm beliefs (whether you agree with them or not) is being vilified mostly by the same people who think that the Kardashians are role models.

They care, but only about ridiculing Conservatives. If a character in a TV show or movie is identified as a Republican or Christian, it's because that character is a bigot, simpleton, racist, sexist, homophobe, hypocrite, etc.
