Had they actually read God's Word they would have known better . Isaiah 40:22 describes a round earth and an expanding universe.

We are all born with the potential for murder, adultery, lying, homosexuality, and every other sin, but we choose to resist sin or give in to it.

We're in big trouble then... have you been paying attention to these ass wipes.

Governance dates back thousands of years to early tribal leaders. Our government is largely based of of the government of the Roman's, who were the first powerful democracy.

Murder is wrong because statistically, societies with less violence operate better. It's also just largely accepted that it's not anyone's right to end the life of another.
Who says? Obama ends innocent lives on a weekly basis. Gov't thugs from the NSA to the CIA kill people around the world daily.
They answer to themselves. They ignore the power that gave them life.

Theft is wrong because our country is based on capitalism, which essentially boils down to achieving personal wealth. Taking from someone's personal wealth without consent (theft) would contradict that highly important value.
If you believe we live in Capitalism, we have a lot a talking to do. Banks and Gov'ts steal from people everyday. Crime is rampant on Wall st. No one is held accountable.
I'd do more time stealing a pack of cigarettes than the Banksters get for stealing billions and bankrupting millions of Americans.

Man is a law unto himself, and therefore man will cease to exist... the time is short. My Grandchildren will see the fall of America, i may as well.

or
2) If the victim is married (not a virgin), both the rapist and victim must be executed (often by stoning I believe).

Biblical rules. The word of God.
Out of context, Mosaic law was for one set of people that needed to learn through suffering. Due to stubborness.

The law of Christ is love and self less-ness.

Here's the thing. Yes, the brain scans show differences. Did their brains become different due to neglect, abuse or a lack of nurturing in childhood? They don't know. Nobody knows. The brain is still developing in childhood. Only adults were tested.
Talk to me when they start doing brain scans on infants and tracking them through their lifetimes to see if they develop psychopathy while focusing on their early environments.

Jesus said a man should have one wife. That is a man and a woman married to one another.

If that's a sin, I want to commit it as much as possible. People who need to look to some deity for moral guidance are morally and psychologically retarded. People who can behave in a moral manner based on the extrapolations they've made from their own sense of empathy and compassion are a step above those who can't.

Yeah, the bible also describes the earth as having corners. Last time I checked, spheres don't have corners.

Then you choose to sin. Many, many do. But there is a Penalty for sin, and it is death.

We all die eventually, and it isn't from sin my friend.
