That wasn't or isnt the case...sorry that doesn't fit your "we are all the same" mentality.

Some folk get rehab others go to jail. Some look at race, some at affluence, which every one you focus on that fact is there is a two tier system. We would all wish it wasn't that way...but that is simplistic wishing.

It seems that ONE of the eight that had their sentence commuted was the first cousin of Patrick Deval, the Democrat MA governor and frequent White House visitor as well as playmate of Obama's when the taxpayer's send Obama to Martha's Vineyard to "unwind".
