Marriage equality, right?

Still obsessed with marrying your cat I see ... This is ONE consenting adult marrying another consenting adult ... What part confuses you?

I'm still waiting for the "special rights" same-sex marriage supporters are looking for you guys keep talking about ... it has been YEARS.

Congratulations, Utah! Can't wait to read more details and will post more links as they come out (after the gym, though).
I just don't understand why anyone would care about same sex marriage. I mean how exactly does it affect anyone. You don't like it...fine...just mind your own business then.

The restrictions on marriage prevent people from freely marrying.

So, do you have a problem with the current restrictions - yes or no?

Harrier has.

You are redefining marriage.

Prove to Harrier that gay marriage is a constitutionally guaranteed right.

You can't, because it isn't.

How do you know that those portraits and depictions were of a real man named George Washington?

What if Washington is just a mythological figure?

How do you know that Washington actually wrote the documents ascribed to him?

There are accounts of the life of Adam and Eve.

Why do you accept the accounts of Washington, but not those of Adam and Eve?

How do you know that Washington was elected our first PUTUS?

Aren't you just relying on some old books?

There is no such thing as Proposition Haitch Eight.

There was a Proposition 8 in California.

Perhaps that is what you were trying to cite.

It read:

Section I. Title
This measure shall be known and may be cited as the "California Marriage Protection Act."Section 2. Article I. Section 7.5 is added to the California Constitution, to read:
Sec. 7.5. Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California.

That was an amendment to the California state constitution, and it and the citizens of California fell victim to judicial tyranny from a biased openly gay man in a black robe, who wrongfully overturned the clear will of the people of California, and violated the U.S. Constitution by making law rather than applying it.
