Move to Tennessee, they still have gun shows every weekend.

SH has only helped gun sales, it seems.

CA has also confiscated legally acquired firearms that were owned by people who are eligible to own firearms.

If SB374 had not been killed by Governer Brown, many, many (tens of thousands) of legally acquired firearms could have been confiscated within a few years.

And no registration needed, they have DROS records.

No actually I did get it. And patronizing condescension does not make you correct--just openly insecure.

Our rights are not limited to those specifically named. There's even an amendment devoted to that concept.

No you obviously did not get it because if you did, you wouldn't had replied in the way you did. My "pagonizing condescension" was in response to your response to something that went over your head... Apparently that went over your head as well.

To be fair, the efforts in CA are aimed at taking guns from people who have since been disqualified from owning them...... a concept in which I support. However, there are many flaws with this program and many injustices as a result of it. Good intentioned, but poorly executed.

The authority figure that you don't have the courage to challenge, the politicians that created bad laws, often unconstitutional, the governor that signed it, and the system that administers it.
